so disappointed , 2 months of credits to my account for such bad service, after that, I had them terminate my service from a 24 month contract. Two tech.

supports had to come out, I have never had SO MANY people hand up on my. Right now I have currently been on the phone for 3 hours, supervisors and mangers all just hanging up because the don't want to deal with it. Or transferring me back the the main line, I switched from bright house.. I'm warning you..

DONT DO IT, biggest mistake I have made. The service froze, the TV and the internet more times then I could imagine in a 2 month period. I have failed my final because of the inconsistency in the internet. The TV, has failed that the worst times as well.

I HAD THE PRISM TV best, most new service.Worst, most inconsistent is more like it. Bright Houses basic was better! I just can't believe how bad, and how rude and how terrible the service was here! Currently they have credited everything but 50$ of my 2 month bill..

hahah wow, good job centurylink, great work! The best was having a manger mute me for 30 minutes, then the sales lady says that he wanted ME to hang up she believes and and she was SORRY???!! (That was the 7th time calling) Then when she said that, she saw him hang up the line.

So, my advise, don't do it, or do it and find out just what I was talking about. #your service is the worst !

The bad service from Century Link is summed up in their reply. You would think by the time someone was mad enough to write a long review of their service frustration it would be in Century Links best interest to resolve it through a PHONE CALL since this is the one service Century Link should be able to deliver adequately.

We got PrismTV- Orlando, FL install last week- May 2012. Three HD tv รขโ‚ฌหœs for the family but only one person can watch HD at any one time.

Plus if you are recording a HD DVR selection, no one in the house can watch HD!

Cancelling after ten days. Looks good on the salesman sheet but donรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt waste your time and money until they upgrade their hardware.

Went from Brighthouse 3 HD to 1 or none so we are done.
