CenturyLink - Worst service
Where I live it is a monopoly. No other phone company can use the wires.
Also there is no cable coming down my street. The internet service is slow, cuts out often. While watching Netflix I get a message saying not enough bandwidth.
I was double billed when I was away on a trip. Not being careful enough I just went ahead and paid the second bill.
I argued with them for months. Finally they claimed the overage was applied to my other account!
I don't have another account.
Back and forth with Florida Consumers Division. When I showed them paper prof, from Century Link, I was told they couldn't do anything for me.
Reason of review: Bad quality.
Monetary Loss: $65.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
