Century Link is by far the worst ISP in North America.packet loss and latency issues run rampant on there poor excuse for DSL.
I called talked to some ignorant CSR who told me they don't guarantee signal/latency during peek hours even though im not getting what the specs i paid for. I was told peak hours are 7am-6pm and 7pm-3am so basically the don't guarantee their *** service will work at all.
The BBB needs to get involved and close these tools down.If you would like to find out for yourself how bad their service is in your area download ping plotter and key in an IP address and revel in the packet loss.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of centurylink internet service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $300. CenturyLink needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
