I've had 2 appointments scheduled for internet installation and the installation tech has failed to show up both times. The tech I chatted online with today acted like they could care less about this situation.

I've been a customer for over 6 years and the company has treated me terribly since trying to get a new internet install. I've never even heard of a company missing 2 appointments until I read their reviews. CenturyLink has the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen, by far. I've thought very highly of centurylink for the last 6 years but they have ruined their reputation with me in just 2 short weeks.

Someone needs to step in and run this company the way a company should be run. Their CEO should be fired immediately and consider himself lucky if he can get a job bagging groceries!
