it states pending offer eligbibility since 11/04/15 but they never sent it yet the $100 prepaid visa card which it is a scam and bull *** why should their customers wait 8 weeks for delivery and it doesn't take that long to go to the post office or drop something in the mailbox or give it to the mailman what happen if all the customers stop paying their the ones that they cheated out of prepaid visa cards centurylink will go out of business would they or go bankrupt without money to pay their employees maybe that isn't a bad idea

why dont you call and ask for the reward card department. they dont actually send the card, they send a postcard with a confirmation number you enter online. if you have not received it, the reward card department will be able to manually enter the code and send the card out.
