When I was in their voice mail, the message did not save, so I tried to access it from online. The catch came when their system did not recognize my email, and then customer service said I did not have an account.
When I finally got through all of that, then they tell me that if I want to have a list of phone number that called my business, then I would have to get a subpoena. I am so frustrated with them as a company. Poor customer care.
Their automated phone system is enough to want to never do business with them. I am looking forward to the day when I can cut my ties with this worthless company.
