Our business has voip phone and internet services through Century Link and every single time I call them they give me the run around, keep transferring me and give me other numbers to call or we end up getting disconnected.I was on the phone for an hour and a half today dealing with them and all I wanted was to schedule an appointment for one of their Technicians to come out next week to add another line.
Needless to say we never had any luck getting through to anyone that could get an appointment scheduled. We have a so called account rep that has changed a couple of times in the last two years and contacting him is just as pointless because he never calls back.
I am ready to take our business somewhere else where we matter.Very frustrated business owner!!!
