I used to just take it for granted that I hadn't gotten spam for years, either from CenturyLink or from Comcast. But not now!

In the last month I've transferred 130 messages (unread) to my spam folder. What's going on? Does anyone know? I hate to call customer service because it is SO frustrating.

I've changed my spam settings but it's had no effect.

When I opened up my email today and saw 39 messages (typical for me is 11-13), I expected that 20+ would be spam, and I was right! Do I really need 100 words to say spam?

Reason of review: Bad quality.

I have the same problem. This just started about a month ago.

I called customer service and they kept pointing me to their help page which does nothing but spell out best practices.

Both filters are set to HIGH (under preferences and under the Webapp).
