CenturyLink has intentionally designed their billing methods to work against the consumer. Unless you have the time to continually monitor your bills and have a job that allows you to make personal phone calls during work, CenturyLink will exploit you.

To ensure you're not taken advantage of, you have to call them the day they unexpectedly raise your monthly bill.

They will not notify you in any way, they will just raise your prices while you still receive the exact same services. They claim these price increases are described on your monthly bill, but that is a blatant lie. I've proven them wrong and provided proof of this lie multiple times.

To ensure your only partially exploited, you have to spend at least an hour on the phone with them being bounced from dept to dept so you can argue, fight and negotiate with them to uncover they pricing options which are not offered willingly. Any normal American that has a regular job cannot spend their working hours to do this and CenturyLink knows this and exploits every american they can.
