before i got home call century link was told the house had phone service july 8th 2017 installer said he could not find the line from the street to the house would have to trench it it i said ok do it i kept calling and calling all i got were promises was told by scott hearn area manager phone number 360 754 3146 it would be done in 3 days 2 weeks later told within next 2 days its all *** my base station it tied to a tree and im using a portable phone in the house im totally pissed also no way to talk to corprate unless you write them then they will return a call yeah i bet they will jerry singleton 360 427 3488 shelton wa 360 427 3488

I didn't like: Much of anything, Cold and not at all interested in my issue, Would rather lose a loyal customer than solve the issue, Could not talk to management.
