Long story short: I cancelled within their "satisfaction guarantee" period because I was sold a package that didn't exist, and couldn't be provided. After many hours on the phone with customer service, refund checks being issued from them to me, and bills being sent from them to me that were confirmed to be erroneous by their "finance department", they sent me to collections for $280.
