Centurylink is telling me they can't help me with port forwarding. I had no issues before I switched services to Centurylink and now they will not help with any technical support like port forwarding

sold our place in july, 2019. called to cancel service, which I thought was taken care of. we moved to new address, low and behold, received a bill in august, called again, stated problem taken care of. but no, in september received another bill. called again, finally got problem solved, bill credited. during all this, no mention of modem made. november, 2019 receive bill for modem for $99.99. called and stated returned modem, guess what? you have to have tracking number! what a scam this company has going on. how about class action law suit everybody?

There are currently so many that are suing them it is crazy. I contacted the FCC.gov and FTC.gov and the attorney general of my state. I couldn't get anywhere with anyone and was blown off for a few days that was it I am done with that and made contact with people that can and will help.

I have been getting help through your loyal programs and my bill was around $55 dollars a month which was perfect for us which included our landline and computer now I have to pay $65.00 plus taxs which puts my bill close to 80.00 dollars which will be a hardship on us, we are senior citizen and our income is only $47,000.00 a year and with everything going up its hard and I am sure you do not care. It would be nice if you did more for us we have been customers for 33 years . Maybe I can find another phone company. Sincerely Patti Parks
