Lazy tech

I had my services installed back in July. When the tech showed up I explained to him what I wanted he took the router out of the box set it up then said ok here's your password have a good day, didn't check to see if everything was working Well it wasn't he didn't activate the router which I did now centurylink is wanting me to pay a $99 install fee? For what? They should be paying me the $99 for activating my services. Only had them for 2 weeks and I canceled services

Was charged 498.00 and I don't have an account

So I was charged $498 billed to my bank account on August 4th and I don't even know who you people are or what company you are and I can't seem to resolve it I do not have an account with you and I'm trying to get my money back that you guys build me or a third party did $498 is a lot of money to me

I RATE TIHS SERVICE A 0

I called service and waited for 1 1/2 Hrs. Only to be disconnected when their REPRESATIVE WHO CAN HARDLY SPEAK ENGLISH SAYS I WILL RUN A LINE CHECK. I CALLED AGAIN WAITED 1HR 45 MINs REP FINALY ANSWER FIRST THING SHE WANTS ME TO DO IS UNPLUG THE PHONE FROM THE LINE. SHE COULD NOT UNDER STAND THAT MY UNPLUGING THE PHONE WOULD DISCONNECT MY CALL.

Phone issues, Senior adult

I was speaking with my parent on Thursday and the audio quality was crap. So I said I'd call back. Phone went straight to voice mail system. Today is Sunday (08.09.2022), I tried calling (twice), but again went to voice mail system. I called Qwest/Lumen(s) to speak to repairs and the phone tree or rep hung up. Colour me furious, is an understatement. I need to check on my parents because they just moved without my help to somewhere I'm uneasy about. I Need To Know That They Are Okay. Fix the issues.

My bill

Theres no complaints got it figured it out. It just wasnt fully explained how to pay an arrangement plan that was setup. Thats all. But its been paid already so everything is good.

Still not working properly

Hi Ive been dealing this for quite a few days now a ta came out today and the router that I was that I had here that was supposed to be brand-new was defective and he left me with an older model that he had had on his truck it wasnt the newer model but its not working very well either is there anyway I can get a brand new modem and have some really check this out because this is a big pain thanks bye

I was on phone today for 1hour trying to get answers about cost of inside wire protection! Spoke to 3 people and no one could help!
