Centurylink - Horrible

Horrible customer service . They don’t even accommodate the customers at all. They are never understanding when you do finally get a hold of someone which is rare. I don’t know how they stay in business.

Centurylink - Constant outages,

Phone lines are old and need work constantly. Centurylink will not run new lines instead they send out a technician to bandage the problem. Centurylink could have ran new lines , saved a lot of cash ,kept customer base, and sped up service response time for everybody. Centurylink has a I don't care attitude about its customers, and seems to be running a bankrupt company.
