Centurylink - Over billing

I am on fixed income. I was paying 55. A month. Now it is 85. This month i paid 139.00. I just received a disconnect for 56.00 if i don't pay by the tenth. They refuse to take off for returned equiptment. I even gave them tracking number. Please someone help....

Centurylink - How to handle.....

After being misled multiple time on the phone and CenturyLink refuses to put anything in writing I now will only deal with them via a chat which i can print off for documention or I put my phone on SPEAKER and tell them they are being recorded. I now have records of everything. It helped.

Centurylink - Canceling Service-rudeness of person on phone

The woman we talked to was very rude about canceling our service, and hung up on us! Still do not know how or if we are canceled or how to send back modem. Do not have a printer to print a label!!! Frustrating
