Centurylink - Internet Service

Worst internet service ever!!! Won't stay connected! It's a daily fight to get on the Internet! Once you get on, you get dropped after a few minutes! Their customer service is in a foreign country. You are passed from agent to agent. No one understands English! When they do, they have no idea how to make your internet work!!! RUN AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Centurylink - Rude, misleading

Bill stmt reads total amount due by the 15th, past due and current charges due by the 15th. On the 8th, my ser3was disconnected. I called c/s and this is how the rep. talked to me. "Umm, it is not our fault you don't know how to read or understand your stmt. On the back, the 5th paragraph down, cam you read or do you need me to read it to you?
