Back in may my service was bundled with Direct Tv. What a disaster. My bill wasn't correct for 6,7,8,9,10,11. Tried to fix the monthly bills that century link sent me to no avail. They set up an new account and billed me for an account I never approved. Monica and Shannel from the Retention Dept. Told me theres nothing they can do. Pay !!!!!! TOTALLY FUSTRATED

After net neutrality laws changed.... immediately signal went south hard. And.... cant run their speed test... or...file a complaint direct with c/s online... and and and... ouch. Centurylink was a poor choice in arizona and i see the same in washington state.

My centurytel email stopped working last Friday and all I get from their representatives is "We're working on it and will get back to you in 24-48 hours". Since they didn't get back to me after 48 hours I called them again and got the same song and dance. Can anyone tell me if they were hacked? That's the only thing that would explain this never ending issue!!!
