To whom it may concern or whoever cares,

My family and I recently cancelled your internet and Direct TV service. Like most customers you have lost, this is due to untold fees or some of them most people don’t understand.

When we received our final bill, there were 2 early cancellation fees which we were NEVER told of or we would of stayed and continue to pay the outrageous service and poor internet. We signed up for the 40mb package and we were getting only 8. My 15 year old college student had checked this. Whenever we called the tech department, they were stumped.

Not surprised. Your customer service is the poorest next to your competitor, Commie Cast. Please train the communist monkeys you have and tell clients when they cancel that they will have some kind of fee tacked on the final bill. I know, I know all this is a racket and you have all of us by the *** At least I have the technology to tap in my neighbor’s network and get your services free.

It’s better than nothing. Keep up the good work and keep *** people off.
