CenturyLink - Poor customer service and connection

I called to get service for my new house. Initially they tried to charge me 160 for installation when i wasn't buying the equipment from them.
Then when i changed my order they gave me an installation date a whole week later. That is ridiculous. Every time i call they do not try to help and they insist icannot get my date any faster.
We have been there a full week with no service. If this was not the only service in our area i would definitely go with someone else

Whatever date the system generates as the recommended due date for installation is the soonest available date based on technician workload and work required. It cannot be overridden.
