Signed up to 10 mbs. Got it one time, at install, then back to .75 to 1 mbs.

down, .25 up. Numerous calls, "our engineers are working on it." For 6 months????? I feel I was scammed by them. Called and canceled but was offered 25 mbs for the price of 10.

You can't do 10 how are you going to do 25? LOL at their sleazy, scripted call center tactics. (I wish the spoke better English) Went down to my local cable company and talked to a human.

Got everything set for install and off we go. I was very reluctant to go with a huge cable company that is in a merger, but their price was better, better communications and better service.

I didn't like: Every single aspect of dealing with the company.
