now i heard they don't have enough Pairs so first come gets service late comers get no service

More people coming into resort and finding that they have no phone or internet maybe cal am should get a different phone company to service this resort of 1200 rv sites

got another message from centurylink they said until Towerpoint Resort and Centurylink comes to some kind of agreement there is nothing they can do for us
So 8 of us went over to the Cricket cell Phone store and bought cell phones with lots of internet so we no longer need Centurylink

Centurylink sent another tech to check out phone line he confirmed it was bad but says could not fix it they can not fix line as it is on Towerpoint Property, Towerpoint says they are not in Busness of repairing lines so there a dozen or so of us still without internet or Phone Can not have this resolved till Towerpoint and Centurylink comes to some kind of agreement

i ordered phone and internet in Oct to be turned on in Dec which i have done for the last five years they sent a email saying it would be ready to use when i arrived. When i arrived at Towerpoint Resort in Mesa there was a note on my door from Centurylink tech saying the main telephone cable on my service was no good and to contact the resort Owners I contacted the Owners they gave me a phone number for Centurylink and that it was their problem So i called the lady at Centurtlink said sorry can't help me so i checked with some of the neighbors around me and they all have phone and internet
paloseth wrote the review because of poor customer service at Centurylink. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Centurylink to offer any options to resolve the issue.
The most disappointing in user's experience was customer service. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
