I called the Century Link office to check on an installation that was previously set up by AT&T for 11/11/18. The representative claimed she had no record of it.
We then agreed to reset the date for 11/27/18 and that they would send me an email to confirm. Needless to say, I never received an email confirmation. I checked back with AT&T and they had the original install date along with the person they spoke with.
They were willing to give me the information but I declined because of the "run around" I was getting with the Century Link reps. So, if you have a choice, I would not recommend using Century Link.
