Service tech did not show up at residence.Sent e-mail saying he was on the way, then sent e-mail saying nobody was at residence and he left a tag; then sent an e-mail that it had been repaired and was working.

Contacted customer service to no avail. Can verify with driveway camera and other residents that NOBODY was at residence as alleged. Definitely did NOT repair problem. Rescheduled for 1 week later.

Exposed phone lines have never been repaired or replaced since initially noticed by technician over 5 years ago.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CENTURYLINK IF YOU CAN AVOID IT!!!
