I drove to Killeen retail office & placed order for digital subscriber line — told that it would be on Thursday I attempted installation on Friday with the install-cd showing no DSL signal ▬ i am technical so I wrote 3 emails which got no reply & 1 paper mail with also no reply and am now fearful of fraudulent billing since simple search on Google Plus shows multiple bad reports • I can give on a few errors but previously obtaining voice-line took nearly a year with when it did work we find soon the line is not connected about 1 mile from service site — this info was provided by tech whom did the work
I had been informed by both field-tech & office that Digital Subscriber Service was available yet it is n/c at the junction box on the utility pole which I am not authorized to fix
