Upgraded from a 10gb to a 25gb modem...Scheduled date and time was set however, the technician was a no call and a no show...

Finally someone came to my home 3 days later but never called before arrival and then left knowing that the instillation for the "refurbished modem as part of the upgrade I assume" was not working properly before he left my home. The remaining week onto another week passed by with broken promises that someone would come back out to fix the problem but no one has showed up still! No internet going on 3 weeks now! Come to find out the original modem was faulty anyways...

I make payments faithfully and this is just awful customer service!!I have spent hours and days troubleshooting with centurylink which was useless instead of them sending me a technician or at least one who will show up when he or she is expected!!!!!
