I cancelled my account July 2014 and as of today they continue to bill my card.After 10-15 calls I still have no resolution they suck.
I'm just going to cancel my credit card which I should have done in the beginning but I have other things that are set up for Autopayment ( business ). In all reality they should credit our account over $1000.00 but they only credit up to three months.
Their customer service reps are incompetent.There were times I would be transferred and in the process be disconnected then I would start all over.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of auto payment and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1000. CenturyLink needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
