I pay this bill on time. This company did not notify me that that the free security service had to be downloaded.

Multiple viruses ensued.

Costly repair services followed. I want this problem addressed.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Problems with notification of necessary downloads for security, Poor problem solving, Did not assist customer service.

i am not someone who uses foul language to register a complaint. Please refer me to another site for complaint that does not use such language.

Century Link is in trouble in 38 states. I plan to add to that with my own, as broadly as I can and with the experience I have, that will be broad.
