I have tried to get a return shipping label, for the last month and a half, have not gotten any. I have canceled all my transactions with century- link, I still have the internet modam and would like to return it to you. Please send me a return label so I can return the modem to you, I will not pay any charges that you won't, all I need is a return label, so I can send the modem back to you.
