Two different phone calls were made hold times 20+ minutes; I simply need to know when the technician is going to be at my home. I am completely over there service before I have even started with the company.
I am on the phone with their customer service as I am typing this, it should not be a problem to figure out a time frame of when the technician should arrive at my home. *** they don't even have one customer service agent that knows English as their primary language, it is sad and I am disappointed and will be getting my deposit back and will continue through a different internet provider.
