CenturyLink - Horrible Experience and its Costing me Extra Fees!!!!
I moved 3 hrs away in Dec. Closed my bank account.
I called customer service to notify them of new bank account for auto pay and new address for location of my services needed. I was just notified by my bank that Century Link still put an auto pay through my closed bank account and it costed me NSF fees on top of the bill!
I called and spoke with billing and was pretty much told its my fault and they were going to do nothing to help the situation! This is the worst display of customer service esp since i have been a customer for 3 years with no late fees or anything!
Reason of review: Pricing issue.
Monetary Loss: $80.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
