CenturyLink - First day of service and what a circus so far
1.Ordered service on May 10th which they couldn't start service until the 18th (only should have to initial the phone line which is the only service they provide in my area in the year 2018?)
2. Paid for there router/modem also on the 10th which I was told by them was the only equipment that would work with there service. As of now (the 18th at 1615 hours) still haven't received the purchase and the service was turned on at 0930 hours according to the message left on my door (2 weeks for delivery? )
3. Contacted the company through the the on line chat and was told that I am on some kind of prepaid plan which I have no idea what that is, but because I am I can not use the live chat service. Then was given a number that I needed to call instead which turned out to be some kind of vacation get away place?
Guess when and if I receive my modem/router purchase (hopefully because the place I had to call said they are closed on the weekends) I can only hope AT LEAST the actual installation and service works....
