CenturyLink - Email is the worst
I am in Florida. Centurylink tech support agents are extremely inexperienced.
I had one guy who deleted my entire Inbox and was unable to restore. Then I started getting hundreds of spam and they would not delete the account, I had to start another one. There is no way to back up your emails. There is no way to search the help menu without every single thing popping up.
Now Centurylink has changed servers and any File Folders in your email account have been deleted with NO warning. They say the emails are on their server and will eventually come back. They are working on it. It's been a week and nothing.
This has been confirmed by Centurylink for both residential and business customers.
I told several supervisors in my quest for status on this that Centurylink does not have enough money to compensate me for this aggravation. I see a class action on the horizon.
Reason of review: inept tech support.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
CenturyLink Pros: Home phone service is ok.
CenturyLink Cons: Email, Are supposed to be computer experts, No timeline for resolution, General tech service, Would rather lose a loyal customer than solve the issue.
