I had scheduled installations three consecutive Fridays and was stood up each time. I called after the third missed installation and was told that someone had actually come on Sunday, but I wasn't at home.
Why would someone come to do an installation on Sunday much less without an appointment? On the fourth scheduled installation, when no one came during a scheduled time between 12 and four, I called and was told that our appointment was actually scheduled for that date, but one year out! What could possibly be the reason for scheduling service in one year?
I'm sure century link did us a favor by never coming in the first place. We called a different provider and had service installed within a week.
