We were contacted by a sales rep that came to our house promising faster internet and lower prices then Charter.We were told we would not be charged for installation or equipment rental.

We foolishly switched. Our first bill is almost $300 and our phone features are not working! Caller ID wasn't working, had to call to get it fixed, Call waiting isn't working, I was told to put a filter on my line. I told the rep that I should have been provided all of the necessary equipment when my services were installed!

He said he would call me back... um still waiting.

Save your money, save your sanity!DON'T SWITCH to centurylink.
