They bring you in with low monthly amounts for the 1st year and then after that, I have had to fight with them almost every month to get my monthly changes down under $220. Some of the customer services associates are rude, some are very nice but did not complete anything we talked about on the phone call, so I have to call back over and over again to get anything completed for the discounts.

Now I am being charged for a modem I did not even get.

They did not credit back a box I returned until I called. The service is not to bad, but you have suffer through all the billing BS.
