Bad customer service, over charges, every call to customer service last more than 40 mins.Never billed what you were promised.
They charged me for purchasing a modem when my bill clearly states I lease it. Just sad, sad. Poor company to choose. Loyalty dept and regular billing are not on same page.
A supervisor will not talk to you, they prefer to cancel the service and still charge you cancellation fees. Promotions are not honored as they say. Do not setup auto pay!!!!! Spoke to the loyalty dept, after 12 calls in two months to cancel, he told me he would and he never did.
When I called today they told me that there was no record of the last call since the rep claimed it was dropped....So he lied, when according to centurylink all calls are recorded!
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service at its worse. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "all of the above" of centurylink customer care. Centurylink needs to issue a partial refund according to poster's claims.
