Upon chaging my address my customer service rep told me my basic internet plan was still effective when I moved. But of course when I got my bill it was twice what it should be.

when I called to get it corrected I was told it could not be transfered and I would have to reapply. And she did not know how I could have been told I could keep it. I was also charged on my first bill $79.00 instead of $15.00. They could not do anything about that either.

I will be writting my Senator and Congressman to look into this joke of a company. They are thieves and I would like to know after all their spinn with customers if they ever correct an overcharge.
