Absolutely the worst customer service since Sprint. The phone system routes you to the wrong place.

Customer service (when you FINALLY reach them) gives wrong information and then transfers you to another wrong extension. With the merger, CenturyLink, CenturyTel, and Qwest have no idea what they are doing. "Thank you for choosing CenturyLink" is what I hear at the end of the call - IF I HAD A CHOICE, I WOULD NEVER USE CENTURYLINK OR ANY OF THEIR SISTER COMPANIES. Thanks for running me around the barn for THREE days with wrong automated routing of my call, incorrect departmental transfers, and misinformation.

If you were a privately held company, YOU WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. Fortunately for you, you have a monopoly in rural areas.

Monetary Loss: $400.
