My husband was in the hospital with a mental breakdown and I told CenturyLink to disconnect my service before the bill got too high and they said oh we will work with you and I said no I can not afford the services so please shut me off and they kept it on against my will for the next six months and it kept on going up and up and I told them shut off the service I can't afford it I don't make that kind of an income to pay for the bill. So now I have over $600 dollars I can not pay and also it destroyed my credit from getting anything when I had requested several different times to disconnect my account also they informed me of 4 different accounts which is not true so I don't know where they are getting the information and I believe it is fraudulant activity going on and I would like everything to be erased from any accounts of Centurylink telephone service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: I was told nine different things.
