Just because I took his name off they sent me another bill with my name on it and they cancelled that immediately and wrote me another policy. They said since I had made a change they had the right to do it.

The new policy was $60.00 a month more. It did not matter that I did not touch my coverage, my house, useage, etc. All you have to do is call them. They took away my discount because they said you can have it as long as you want as long as you do not do anything to your policy.

I was furious. I was with them over 20 years and they never told me what they were doing. When I took my husband off their agent never told me it meant I was going to be cancelled. They wouldn't even give me the address of the president of the company to write too.

I told them they were the worst company I have every dealt with.

No other company does this. They are dishonest and mean.
