No show on service call

Internet is not working properly. Scheduled service, no show, no reason, no notification.

No way to contact customer service except through chat. I 'chatted' with 8 people and had to give my account information 8 times.

The only resolution was to reschedule for 5 days later and take off another day of work. Worst internet and customer service ever!

Centurylink is expensive. My choices to rectify the issues gave me little choice, and I can't get a technician until the 20th.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

My experience was a great big zero. I made an appointment, they confirmed it.

They did not keep the appointment. They did not contact me.

They did not respond to my request that a rep speak with me. And their chat feature was not able to respond.

didn't talk to a person .recording only. they seen i was having trouble with my phone. set me up an appointment for the next day. received email that arrival would be 9am to 6 pm. received another email that morning a tech will be here from 8 am to 12 noon. waited all day. no tech, no contact. very disappointed in service. checked my phone throughout the day and around 4pm my phone was working .not sure how or who fixed it but happy it works now.
