I have already put in a complaint with both the FCC.gov and the FTC.gov regarding similar problems and contacted the state attorney generals office. They are under investigation for illegal practices in multiple states both Century Link and ATT direct tv.

Today received an email from Century Link telling me I needed to wait 5 days for anything to be done. Although this has been going on since December 24th.

Also to add to it AT&T now has referred my account to collections because Century Link did not pay them, even though they are being paid. I made sure I let them know I had the original chat outlining my charges, what I had not received that I had been promised by them, and how mad I was that I pay my bill including what they are supposed to pay to AT&T and now am in collections and have no service.

The person decided to escalate it up and talk to some people and that is where it was left. Waiting to see what happens if anything.

Details
You said it would be fixed yesterday and it wasnt then today you said 10 min and guess what it still doesnt work. I really dislike century links customer service it is always a problem when calling. I attempted several times to pay online and over the phone and due to technical issues was not able too. Then I had to pay a fee after you disconnected because of non payment. Seriously worst experiences every time I have to call.

The phone line has been down for at least 10 days and Centurylink seems uninterested in repairing it. Repeated communications via phone and on line have not helped. Scheduled repair dates keep moving for no reason.

When I receive phone calls, I still cannot see who is calling. When I go through the phone it tells me caller list is empty. I have to use *67 but that only lets me see who the last person called. The new phone I purchased has caller ID features.

Called to cancel. Seven different agents took my personal information. No one connected me with a manager or someone who could help. I cancelled services a month ago. SOMEHOW my account is suspended and eligible to keep billing. Now they are telling me I cant cancel without paying for services I did not receive. Worst customer service EVER!
