The remaining week onto another week passed by with broken promises that someone would come back out to fix the problem but no one has showed up still! No internet going on 3 weeks now! Centurylink - Technicitians can’t fix the buffering

The tech have been 5 times on one year and say there is nothing they can do fix the buffering until the company invest in more bandwidth for our area. Forget about watching major sporting events regardless of channel. You got nothing but BUFFERING

I worked with tech over the phone yesterday for a hour or more, problem not solved. When my patience ran i asked for a tech to come check the problem. The tech was suppose to be here between 8 & 11:30. No tech appearance, it is now 4 p.m.. I canceled an appt to be here between 8 & 11:30. WHERE IS THE TECH??????
