We pay $102.49 a month for 1. Plain home phone service.

It comes with extra *** which we don't use. We have an answering machine and not interested in 3-way call, etc. 2. The crappiest internet service in the world.

It is called 6mbps High Speed. Pathetic. I have NEVER had upload speed of over 4.5. Century link's website is a joke & takes you in circles.

Their service reps are a dumb as a cardboard box. I HATE HATE HATE this company. I am not a masochist. There are no other options where i live.

This is not 100 words? Excuse me - it's really all I have to say. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I am tired - I just got off a frustrating chat.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

I didn't like: Not getting what i pay for, Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, No concern for long time customers.
