We have been lied to repeated for over a week by the centurylink call center. I had a payment arrangement in place but the call center refused to change my service from our old home to our new home after the financial dept said it was ok. Everyday for over a week we have called in. My account was not late when this all started!!!!! I am only a couple of days late!!!!!

This company is a joke i went 25 days with out service. One broken promise after another and no stop run around. Finally conacted the FCC and filed a complaint. It was fixed in 2 days. If you want to accomplish anything with this place i would go strait to yhe FCC.

Horrible service. Wireless just stops working. Horrible/nonexistent servicing. Cancel service calls at the last second after you've waited all day. This happens time after time. Takes hours to do anything on the phone because they don't like to employ American workers....
