The phone line has been down for at least 10 days and Centurylink seems uninterested in repairing it. Repeated communications via phone and on line have not helped. Scheduled repair dates keep moving for no reason.

Caller ID - Centurylink
When I receive phone calls, I still cannot see who is calling. When I go through the phone it tells me caller list is empty. I have to use *67 but that only lets me see who the last person called. The new phone I purchased has caller ID features.

Details
No dial tone, no caller ID, Can't call out, iv says incoming call pick up and nothing. Service tech said it was the phone because the phone message answers, however, I can't hear and callers say they try to leave a message and it cuts them off. I have to go down to the Hwy to get call service and that's where I talked to the teck. He insisted it eat the phone, so I bought another one with the same results. I told him so!!!

After worthless phone service from Centurylink, I tried to disconnect. They did everything possible to make it hard to do. They even keyed their line then claimed I was "breaking up" Call it CenturyStink.

Details
Plymouth, MN 55441 - Every other Saturday, my phone line stop working for 5-7 days! It's been like that for about 3 months. In order to restore the service I have to open the repair ticket and after another day or two, line is working again for a week or so. Could someone explain me WTF?
