Centurylink - Constant outages,

Phone lines are old and need work constantly. Centurylink will not run new lines instead they send out a technician to bandage the problem. Centurylink could have ran new lines , saved a lot of cash ,kept customer base, and sped up service response time for everybody. Centurylink has a I don't care attitude about its customers, and seems to be running a bankrupt company.

Centurylink - *** service

Phones went dead on 5/24/18. Multiple calls, appointments, no one ever shows, couldnt find out what was going on. Phones out for 8 days. Now, phones dead again on 6/12/2018. Still out, multiple calls, no shows. Finally last night on a chat line they said probably by next Tuesday it'll be back on. Never did I get to talk to a live body.

Centurylink - Poor service

We continue to have poor phone and internet service from CenturyLink , when contacted, we found the agent unknowledgeable and rude, resolution to problems put off and go unresolved. Now we have to dial 1 for local calls and have been told they will have to set up a repair appointment the following week and both internet and wi-fi are working only intermittent losing signal.
