Centurylink is my ISP and charges me for 10 MBS, When in reality all I receive is 3.1-6.0. Mostly in the 3 range. I reported to the FCC and those fools accepted Centurylinks Response which was a lie stating that I received 11.1 mbs. What can we do about this??

I want to warn everyone that Centurylink will intentionally add charges to your bill in the hopes that you do not notice. Please watch your bills, I just had mine reduced 120.00 in one hour long call. Internet speeds are nowhere near what they claim and what I pay for, complete rip off!
