AFTER PUTTING ME ON HOLD FOR A VERY LONG TIME SHE SAID HE CALLED AND CAME BY AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER. I WAS HOME THE ENTIRE DAY!!! SAID I WOULD HAVE TO CALL BACK ON MONDAY TO RESCHEDULE. I just added CL a couple of months ago.I had not received a bill, until I got a disconnect notice. I explained I had not previously received a bill. All the customer service agent said was oh, I can collect your payment now. When I asked why bill was so high, all she had to say was added fees, she coukd even break down what the added fees are. Was told it would take about 20 days to get internet service. Ha? i called Comcast and they were out in 2 days. I called to cancel Century link. The guy says, "there is no account for you, so we will have to re-create your account." I hung up. The unit came and I returned it to Century link via UPS. Waiting to rectify my bill. Idiots is all I can say....Idiots.

I have had the worst experience with centurylink than I've had with any other company. I was to have a modem by last Wednesday, never received it. Then, I was to have an overnighted modem by Saturday, never received it. How many different morons do you have working here honestly? As soon as there are other service providers in our area we are dropping century link.
