Couldn’t get connected - Centurylink
First tech came in 2-3 days ago and don’t know what happened (I was at work) but I didn’t get connected. 2nd tech came in yesterday and (I was told by my wife) he couldn’t get us connected because there was too many things in the garage. I’m not too sure what’s the connection between getting internet hooked up and the garage, but maybe you’ll get the best service if the box is installed in the garage instead of the office. When I finally got home that night I almost ran over what I believe was key parts for installation. Very nice first impression for a company!!

was told to come on this web site to get label to return my non working modem... nowhere, did I see, how to do that! . had to go to best buy and by my own....not happy!!! JUST SEND ME LABEL PLEASE!!! order number N00443613 MODEM DID NOT WORK RIGHT OUT OF BOX...the reason I ordered one was to not have to run around (as I'm handicapped) but I ended up doing that so I don't have to wait for century link yet again...not a great way to start a business/client relationship. {{Redacted}}
