Was told it would take about 20 days to get internet service. Ha? i called Comcast and they were out in 2 days. I called to cancel Century link. The guy says, "there is no account for you, so we will have to re-create your account." I hung up. The unit came and I returned it to Century link via UPS. Waiting to rectify my bill. Idiots is all I can say....Idiots.
