Bills always paid on time and usually 2 to 3 months in advance - my bill is currently paid till September. All I asked from them is to reconnect my phone in a timely fashion and credit my account for days missed. (I have been with them for 18 Years) They told me they could not credit my new account. Service is non- existant and rarely shows even when scheduled. This is a simple example: A new ground line was provided during the spring of 2015. My father has moved to assisted living and we have stopped service by Century Link....we thought.Now they say we did not and we need to fax in info but the fax number doesn't work. Keep closing service tickets. Won't fix their main line but are able to take full payment each month for phone and wifi. Phone has so much static that they couldn't hear me and hung up.
