Every time it rains, I lose my service, I called 3 times in last month when I lost service, it is still not fixed, they lied to me the first time & told me that they fixed it, it was not fixed. after the rain stops apparently the lines dry out & I get service back....

Keep closing service tickets. Won't fix their main line but are able to take full payment each month for phone and wifi. Phone has so much static that they couldn't hear me and hung up.

They disconnect you, say things are fixed when they aren't. Phone people are totally unaware of what to do so they transfer you to phone limbo. TERRIBLE company but only one that services my area. The techs who do come out are generally good...it's the online service...
