DSL failed, took a day off for a 1-23-2017 appointment, no techninian ever arrived or even bothered to call. I called to complain and could hardly understand the Phillipine offshore call center woman. Then chatted hours later to complain again, still no repair person. Horrible service in Las Cruces, NM!!!.

Signed up to 10 mbs.Got it one time, at install, then back to .75 to 1 mbs. down, .25 up. Numerous calls, "our engineers are working on it." For 6 months????? I feel I was scammed by them. We pay $102.49 a month for 1.Plain home phone service. It comes with extra *** which we don't use. We have an answering machine and not interested in 3-way call, etc. 2. Big billboards in town "DSL--20 MB speed for $19.95/mo". Out in our rural area, we get a 512K connection (on a good day) for $60/mo. 1/40th the bandwidth for 3 times the money.
