I returned a modem & still receive a bill of $174.99. I used my old modem when I move to transfer my old modem to the new address. Changed my new address but was never changed online. “24 hours to update on the system” Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday & it still has my old address. Customer service is rude and will hang up on you even when your super nice on the phone to them.

Customer service is non existent! | Centurylink in Wake Forest, North Carolina

I cancelled my phone, internet and TV a month ago. Have not received box’s to send equipment back. Dropped service due to internet dropping, no signal for the prism Tv. Internet & TV went out. Was told there was an outage in area. Called back a few days later was told outage cleared but there was trouble on the cable. Have called twice got passed around to different departments. I know the cable plant is defective in the area and management does not want to repair it. I’m a retired Centurylink employee. I have been with this company’s service for 20 years. I did not like dropping service as I receive a pension but I am fed up with what I have to go through just to have service!
