Not satisfied with customer service procedures/system. It is very poor and cumbersome. Employees unable to provide assistance with a dismissive attitude. Expected service technician that did not come when expected and still has not. Best the customer service folks could do was reschedule and then would not guarantee that tech come at least on the day they were scheduled. {{REDACTED}}

Customer service billing or it we vices weak and not up to par to us based you will be irritated by how *** and ignorant their answer on questions relating to situation in America. Don't know what a power of attorney poor attention to detail when asked and they laugh in the background. Can't trying to sound like American but have Filipino accent.
