CenturyLink - Worst internet provider that DIDN'T provide!

Close this company!! Stay away from!! Worst service I have ever experienced. So bad they have rude chat people, tech support, and what customer service...Direct tv, dump them! They sent a broken modem, lied, transferred my call numerous times and so on. Ridiculous

I have never been treated with such total disregard and disrespect in my life they give you a four hour window for service that they wouldn't schedule the first time you requested it so therefore you have to wait till after the holiday. Centurytel.net / Centurylink email exchange server is down/

My centurytel email stopped working last Friday and all I get from their representatives is "We're working on it and will get back to you in 24-48 hours". Since they didn't get back to me after 48 hours I called them again and got the same song and dance. Can anyone tell me if they were hacked? That's the only thing that would explain this never ending issue!!!
