Centurylink - Fourth no show appointment and no call!

Been trying to get internet installed. Fourth appointment day passes without a technician showing up or calling! Four days over a 4 week period that I have rescheduled my day for Centurylink and they don't even call to let me know they're not going to show up!

Centurylink - Terrible company

One guy was great. He installed my internet service. Every single other interaction was bad. Including billing and returning the modem after shutting off the service because of how bad the company's customer service is. Never again.

Well after calling the corporate office i finally had a chance to speak with someone. As soon as i got off the phone with corporate, i received a call from technical support saying my service is restored. Wow really? After all the calls and messages it only took one call to the head office to get my problem fixed!

Not satisfied with customer service procedures/system. It is very poor and cumbersome. Employees unable to provide assistance with a dismissive attitude. Expected service technician that did not come when expected and still has not. Best the customer service folks could do was reschedule and then would not guarantee that tech come at least on the day they were scheduled. {{REDACTED}}
