We ordered extended cable, as basic cable already came with our rent. The original bill was 76.22, ok fine. Our first bill comes in at 195.00. WE were being charged for things we did not order. After calling to resolve the matter, and spending over 3 hours on the phone, being transferred countless times from one department to the next, having to explain everything over and over each time, they corrected the bill. absolute worst cable company the wifi sucks they charge you for every single thing but can not have great service. when it rains dont expect to have a movie night because it will freeze the entire time. we called to see what was the issue with the wifi they said that we were the ones using to much wifi mean while we were not.
