Century Link is the worst company have ever dealt with.Have been over billed .Cannot talk to anyone., Customer service.Was supposed to get land line free as iam disabled got so fed up with them, had it turned off.They never gave me brake down Bill .Said they said had till 10/5/2016 to pay my bill .They turned my service off on Internet.Need for my son for school.They charged me 120.00 to turn back on.You cannot talk to a live person., Century link it takes more then 1 hour to talk to try talk to anyone.My internet bill was suppose to be 20.00 a month .After paying 120.00 to be restored internet.The next bill they tried to charge me again for restoring Internet.Really never have dealt with a company who cares nothing about Customer Service if they say you have untill the 5th to pay bill thats what it means.Should not turn off on the 1st .BBB needs to check complaints ?

I PAID them to cancel early out of my PRISM TV and Century Link company January 2015. I sent back the equipment and took a photo of the UPS mailing label. Months later, Century Link withdrew from my bank account $673.55 for the equipment they claimed they hadn't received. It took a month, but I called until I got a manager that FOUND the PRISM equipment, wrote in my Century Link phone conversation notes that he had located the equipment and then he REFUNDED my $673.55. I was livid, but relieved. Then I got a second bill for the $673.55 and I called my bank and they told me to close my account so that they couldn't withdraw the monies again. I called Century Link back and they located the equipment and noted AGAIN that the issue was closed. I received a THIRD billing from Century Link and they reviewed the other two notes, wrote their own notes and assured me that the account was closed a the missing equipment had been located and the issue was closed. On July of 2016... I was sent a letter from the Central Credit Service LLC stating that Century Link had turned over a bill for $673.55 that I had not paid. I called Central Credit, the agent looked over my notes from Century Link and assured me that the mistake must have happened because Century Link and PRISM TV had not communicated. She saw the previous Century Link phone notes, and assured me that she was closing the claim and that my credit report would not be effected by this error. Today, August 8th, 2016, I received a SECOND letter from Central Credit for the unpaid Century Link bill. I called the Central Credit Company. They claimed that they had NOT SENT me the first letter and COULD NOT contact Century Link in order to have my phone notes read. This is harassment and Century Link and this Central Credit Services LLC need to be sued for it. They need to be not only informed from a lawyer to cease and desist, but made to pay dearly for this ineptitude.

They are trying the same thing with me saying I signed a contract. I asked for proof either verbal recording or something with my signature on it, I was told they need neither lol long story short, I filed in Las Vegas court against them, notified the fcc about contract fraud and notified the bbb... u should too

The worst | Centurylink in Longwood, Florida

absolute worst cable company the wifi sucks they charge you for every single thing but can not have great service. when it rains dont expect to have a movie night because it will freeze the entire time. we called to see what was the issue with the wifi they said that we were the ones using to much wifi mean while we were not. Their cable boxes have built in wifi that uses the gbs we asked them to come replace our router to a faster one this was last week tuesday they said they will be here friday and never showed.
