CenturyLink - Total frustrated. No communication between depts.

Back in may my service was bundled with Direct Tv. What a disaster. My bill wasn't correct for 6,7,8,9,10,11. Tried to fix the monthly bills that century link sent me to no avail. They set up an new account and billed me for an account I never approved. Monica and Shannel from the Retention Dept. Told me theres nothing they can do. Pay !!!!!! TOTALLY FUSTRATED

CenturyLink - Horrible work ethics

Biil is paod in full. Service has been interrupted. No agents in my area Phoenix, AZ available to work on weekends after 6pm Friday. Result.. no TV or internet for my family who flew in from Portland, OR.

CenturyLink - Worst service ever. Stone Age

They have some illegal monopoly on the region and the poor product and service that follows any monopoly is what we are dealing with everyday. Best I get out of them is 2mbps. And a landline that drops like an old cell phone.
