Biil is paod in full. Service has been interrupted. No agents in my area Phoenix, AZ available to work on weekends after 6pm Friday. Result.. no TV or internet for my family who flew in from Portland, OR.

They have some illegal monopoly on the region and the poor product and service that follows any monopoly is what we are dealing with everyday. Best I get out of them is 2mbps. And a landline that drops like an old cell phone.

Been dealing with no phone or internet for a week, they send someone out he does nothing. I call back they say two more days until fixed (Not to mention they want to charge me $90 for some fee) . Centurylink get your **** together im not paying you to fix your own cable box down the road or for a week of service I havent had.
