I would rate this company as a 1 star. Connection sucks and they cut service to you on the day your bill is due. This happened to me several times. And just recently cut service the day before my bill was due.

Details
CENTURYLINK added @ease identity theft service to my account, charging me $14.99 per month without my consent. I never received any notice the service was being added, the charge simply appeared on my bill. I had to look it up in the web just to find out what on earth @ease actually is. This seems a whole lot like what Wells Fargo was doing; adding services and opening banking and credit card accounts without approval of the individuals who were owners of the account. Wells Fargo paid out quite a bit to settle legal action brought against the company. How in heavens name does CENTURYLINK get away with this?

I have had CL for more than 18 years but this year have problem no one can fix or explain WHY?? Was given a price for life on internet/phone. Every month the bill I get is wrong and keeps going up. Why did you not contact your credit card/financial institution to dishonor any further attempted charges from this (former) supplier ? You should always do this at the end of any expired recurring contract.
