Resolved: Centurylink - Have price for life internet and phone but every month they change it

I have had CL for more than 18 years but this year have problem no one can fix or explain WHY?? Was given a price for life on internet/phone. Every month the bill I get is wrong and keeps going up. Was quoted a price for life but can never get the price I was quoted???????? Does anyone know who I can contact to correct this. Don't tell me customer service because they can't/ don't know how to fix the problem and just give me run around. Quess I will just have to change carrier

Every time husband catch up on our bill they said we is behind again ,at one time l thought my husband had forgot to pay the bill and we pay in filled and by and by they said we behind again and l made sure the bill is pay because I go with him now and l know i didn't forget, centurylink is a ripple off they probably do the old folks like that all time and l want to know how i get behind and dont never miss a payment?
