Had to to call and spend HOURS on phone just to have my service cut off.They are Liars. They say the cut it off and never do. You also can't return the equipment. Wow! I signed up for the 30-day trial, and ended up with a $200 early cancellation fee and a monthly bill $11.01 higher than promised (and there's not a thing I can do about it).
